Toledo
Toledo is home base. It's also where some of the region's oldest housing stands: U.S. Census Bureau survey data puts the median year built for Toledo homes at 1955. That means plenty of roofs, siding and windows that have been replaced before and will need attention again.

Nearby cities we serve
Perrysburg
Across the Maumee River in Wood County, Perrysburg has some of the newest housing in the area, and many homes are reaching their first roof replacement. The city issues zoning permits, while Wood County handles building permits.
Findlay
The Hancock County seat sits about 40 miles south of Toledo on I-75. Most of its homes were built before 1980, and the Blanchard River runs through town. We explain what gutters can and can't do near the river.
Bowling Green
Home to Bowling Green State University, where roughly two out of three occupied homes are rented. Our page speaks to homeowners and rental property owners, and covers the city's zoning permits for decks and roof pitch changes.
Maumee
About four in five Maumee homes predate 1980. The city runs its own permit office, requires permits for re-roofs, siding and windows, and reviews exterior changes in the Old Maumee historic district.
Sylvania
On the Michigan line, the City of Sylvania is surrounded by Sylvania Township, and the two have separate zoning rules. Lucas County issues building permits for both.
Across the rest of Northwest Ohio
The five towns above have their own pages because we work in them constantly, but our area is wider than that. Across Northwest Ohio we also work in Defiance, Napoleon, Fremont, Sandusky, Lima, Bryan and Walbridge, and we cover the townships around these towns, not only the city limits.
If your town is not named here, call 419-233-1888 and we will tell you straight away whether we can help.
The Dayton area: Springfield and Urbana
Blackridge also works in west-central Ohio, around Springfield and Urbana. It is a separate market from Toledo rather than an extension of our Northwest Ohio area, and Blackridge is a registered contractor there.
The services are the same ones listed on this site: roofing, siding, gutters, windows, insulation, decks and storm damage restoration. If you are in the Dayton area, call 419-233-1888 or request an estimate and we will tell you what we can schedule.
